Yes, we offer  exchanges within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that international orders, final Sale products, multipacks, accessories, Gift Cards, and custom items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit.

No, refunds are not allowed 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds after a purchase has been made. This policy is due to the nature of our products, which are underwear for men. However, you can get store credit codes which will be valid to be used in a future purchase.
